Slappcard — Decisions (living overrides)

This file is the highest authority for agents. If any other doc disagrees, this wins.

Authority​

  • James authorized "product-better" overrides — agents may deviate from older docs when the better choice is documented here.
  • Anything not documented here follows docs/MVP.md, docs/STACK.md, docs/DOMAIN.md.

Stack override​

  • Next.js on Vercel — not Vite / Cloudflare Pages (older docs are Vite-era; ignore those passages).
  • Stable staging URL: https://slappcard-staging.vercel.app
  • Convex deployment: fabulous-kangaroo-378
  • Clerk for identity; Convex for authorization; Sentry + PostHog for observability.

MVP admin IA (allowlist nav)​

Only these admin surfaces ship in MVP:

  • Command center, Alerts
  • Orders, Batches, Slap codes, Mint
  • Pack SKUs, Legacy
  • Artists
  • Leads
  • Support, Mailing
  • Commissions
  • Affiliates, Abuse
  • Staff + Artist accounts
  • Business settings, Env/setup

Anything not on this list is hidden or flagged OFF.

Theme​

Match slappcard.com visual language — ink background, slapp yellow accent, Anton display, Space Mono for data/mono. Do not use the Material default brand look.

Priorities​

  • P0 — env correctness + claim flow + CI green
  • P1 — admin surfaces via worktrees (parallel agents)
  • P2 — dependency upgrades / cleanup
  • P3 — production twin and Overhaul work (later, only when assigned)

Access​

  • ADMIN_EMAILS includes admin@slappcard.com. Server-side checks are authoritative; Clerk publicMetadata.role is only a hint.

Workflow​

  • Worktree agents commit on feature branches and open PRs into staging.
  • PM merges; promotion to main only when CI is green.
  • Never put raw fan emails in Sentry.
